What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design.
Can you work from my own design?
Yes. We support custom designs and can assist with design development. Send your artwork or concept so we can discuss the details.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples typically take 7 days after design confirmation. Orders typically dispatch around 12 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and project requirements. Shipping transit time is additional.
Can I customize the packaging?
Yes. Custom backing cards and gift boxes can be discussed as part of your project. Please include your packaging requirements in your inquiry.
What do you need for a quotation?
Please share the product type, design or reference, approximate size, quantity per design, packaging, delivery country and any required delivery date. We will confirm specifications and pricing with you.
